It looks like someone in their home put it together. A box, a ziploc bag, little party favor baggy. It runs very small. I measured my wrist and got 1/2 bigger. But it was too tight. I contacted support and in return they asked me to return it on my own. I can measure and have measure the received bracelet it's not 7" which I ordered. Don't buy from companies that don't stand behind their product and service.
