I was a little concerned about the quality of the chain after reading reading another review, but I was pleasantly surprised. This isn't a$500 chain mind you but I think it's well worth the money. The clasp seems of reasonable quality and shows no signs of coming apart unexpectedly. I've been wearing it for some time now and I'm very happy with it. I'd recommend this chain to anyone.

I ordered 2 chains 22mm and a 20mm they both discolored fairly quickly even after following the does and don't when wearing the product. NOT satisfied with the product but The Bling Factory has A+ customer service and the shipped me a new 22mm necklace.
