Backstory: when my sisters and I were around 7, 10, and 11, one of us 'borrowed' our mom's black pearl ring and lost it (we still argue about who lost it!). It was the first gift our dad had bought our mom (they've been married for 47 years). So, for Mother's Day 2016, we purchased her this pearl ring. She loves it! It can't replace the one that we lost, but she forgave us long ago and loves this unexpected gift. (Perfect fit, beautiful wrapping, excellent quality.)

I returned this ring. I’m giving it 4 stars because there wasn’t anything wrong with it. I just didn’t like it on me. I found it to be very large. The setting was bulky to me, but it kind of needs to be bulky based on the size of the pearl. If there was a smaller version available I would buy it. The pearl was beautiful.

Got this ring for 2 weeks, like it so much! the quality of the pearl is very good, the sterling silver ring is so shiny which looks like the white gold. The overall quality is exceed my expectation, i am so happy to have it, and wear it everyday right now.

My wife specifically requested this ring to go with an earring and necklace set I got her last Christmas. She LOVES it. The one thing we weren't expecting is how big it is...the pearl sticks out quite a ways from her hand. It's very pretty and the pearl looks nice, but for anyone with small hands, the ring could be a little much. My wife wears size 7, to give you an idea. All said and done, great ring for the price, and she's happy, so that's really all that matters.

Receiving the ring was a very pleasant surprise. With jewelry, you really never know what you get until you get it. You don't know whether the images are accurate and the quality of stones or pearls as described. The ring from the Pearl Source is beautiful and the pearl is as large as it appears in the pictures.
