- Our Spartan Defiance Bracelet symbolizes the strength, wisdom and skill of the Spartan warrior. Encircling the bracelet are metal beads representative of the Spartan shields – often held side-by-side as the Spartans, standing shoulder to shoulder, formed the impenetrable phalanx.
- On the ends of the bracelet are spear tips like those found on the formidable dory that the Spartan heavy infantry carried. Wooden beds with a reddish hue represent the cloak that all Spartan soldiers were issued. Finally, centered on the bracelet, a stainless steel bead embossed with the phrase ΜΟΛΏΝ ΛΑΒΕ , the famously defiant response of King Leonidas replying to the demand of King Xerxes to have Leonidas’ army lay down their arms.

I got this bracelet in order to wear for some fashion accessory. It is a very nice bracelet and I love the replica musketball that they have on it. The quality of the bracelet is super nice and it is very durable. I have had a snag on a couple things before and instead of ripping off my arm, it stayed on in perfect condition. I I think the product looks very cool. I love the design and the meaning behind it as well. It is definitely a great gift option.The only issue I had with it was that in order to have it tight on my wrist. The adjustable strings were quite long and would flap around on my wrist. It definitely got annoying after some time and I ended up having to tie them together so they wouldn’t flop around as much. I understand why they are longer so it means that there can be more adjustment for people, but it is unfortunate that when I wear it tight on my wrist, that those long strands tend to flop around. Besides that though I still love the bracelet. It looks great on my rest and again, I love the meaning behind it. It’s a great gift for someone or for yourself.
