It’s good to see a company that listens to its customers. I bought one of these bracelets in March 2021 and it just broke on me (Not bad, 3 years), so I ordered another one. I was wonderfully surprised to see that they had taken my comments from 2021, and improved the bracelet.I had said that the ring was too small and too hard to read. I said they should enlarge it, and blacken in the letters so first responders would be able to spot it. That is exactly what they did! The print is both larger and blackened. The medical alert symbol is also larger than the old one. Thank you for the improvements.This is a very nice medical alert bracelet. I wear mine whenever I leave my house and I wear it to work, where it gets wet and bounced around, so it’s pretty tough. It’s an attractive color (black & blue braid) and it stays attached quite well with the magnetic clasp. I had to clean the old one a few times because rust and dirt build up in the chamber where the magnet is located, but it was only 2 or 3 times in 3 years.EXCELLENT PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE! I highly recommend it.

Was hesitant to purchase but very glad I did. Holds up incredibly well. It’s a nice looking bracelet. Magnetic clasp is really strong. Easy to take off and put on. Highly recommend.

The bracelet is really very trendy looking with itsshiny black and blue weave with black metal clasp. However, for several weeks it was very difficult toline up exactly right for clasp to close since when on your wrist it’s tough to visually line up the clasp and small insert. It seems to be working much better after “ break in” period though can still be a nuisance if in a rush to get going. The magnetic system works much easier to unlock and remove. If you can handle a bit of impatience it is sturdy and smart looking, especially for the price.

I needed a new Medic Alert bracelet, this one is a great price, and seems well-made. Time will tell if the printing on it stays legible. Obviously, I'm going to be wearing it in the shower, sailing, and doing other outdoor activities, etc. I will update review in a few months to see how the printing holds up.

The blue was dark and basically blocked the dark warning symbols. I elected to purchase a gold one with inscription on outside AND inside.

The band is quite durable, but one side of the metal clasps came loose from the braided band. Luckily, I found some epoxy and re-glued it.
