I got my ring today. It's really very pretty and shiny, though it's daintier than I expected with tiny, tiny (but sparkling) stones. I was not impressed with the packaging - it came in a tiny plastic bag in which was also a small velvet bag, about 1.5 inches square. The ring wasn't in the velvet bag, but on top of it, and both were in the plastic bag. This tiny plastic package was inside a padded envelope. I've received other, less-expensive jewelry from Amazon, that came in a nice box so that the jewelry items were well-protected. I actually expected to find the ring damaged when I opened the package. I've been looking for a black and white ring for a while. This ring isn't exactly what I hoped for, but I still like it.

I agree with one of the other reviews, the black is painted on, which makes the ring look off. The black was painted over the sides in a couple of spots and already coming of in others. So strange. Really disappointing, otherwise this would have been a gorgeous ring. Love the style, size, so cute but can’t get over the strange black paint. Sending it back.

My daughter had put this in her wish list for Christmas and I wasn't certain about not being able to see it up close before purchasing. The order came either early or during the time period indicated. The ring is very pretty, good quality, and my teen daughter loved it!

The product is just as advertised, the size stated was correct, and the ring came in a nice velvet pouch. One trip to the pool and this ring tarnishes. Also the black color is ‘sprayed’ on and you can see the edge of the spray. Cheap looking if examined closely.

I have worn this ring every day since I first got it 2 weeks ago and there is no signs of the silver rubbing off or turning color. I'm surprised because usually a ring at this price point doesn't last too long. My friend also got this ring and at first she was very disappointed because she said the black was really tacky; like it had been painted...however after a couple days she noticed it was gone so it just had to be washed off, now it sparkles like new. I recommend this ring.
