The pendant holds a lot more ashes than we expected based off another urn necklace we had purchased. It also has a significantly longer screw on top that is VERY secure.The clasp on the chain was not closing correctly (discovered after pendant had ashes in in 👀), and the seller had a replacement chain sent immediately. 10/10 customer service.Fully recommend both the product and the seller!

Ive been considering an urn necklace since my mother's cremation, but i wasn't able to settle on one. This one is just awesome. I have a background in medicine, so the anatomically correct heart is nice, and the tree of life is an awesome touch as it blends with the natural lines in the heart really well. The charm itself is not too big or small, and it holds just enough ashes. The included funnel is the right size, and no ashes fall out during filling, and the cap screws on tight. There didn't seem to be any watertight gasket, so i put a tiny bit of pipe tape around the threads to the cap just in case. I dig the attention to detail on the charm and dont get me wrong, it looks amazing, but this is not a $70 necklace. The chain is stainless steel, not even silver and the charm is on the smaller side. It's very pretty but that still doesn't translate in to seventy dollars. At $40ish i would be very impressed... but the price tag is damn high.

Has been holding my dads ashes for about 2 months now and hasnt unscrewed and I didnt even have to use superglue around the opening like most urn necklaces. Ive checked almost everyday and havent noticed that it turned not even a little bit
