Bummer. It arrived package looked as if it had been dragged overland by camel, three types of tape used interior, 2 exterior.. the delivery guy must have been truly afraid to greet me with this. The product is more damaged than revealed..it was dented in 2 places, and the inside liner is pulled away. Clearly returned by another buyer, as trays were jammed inside not knowing the trays stack inset easily if you put them all one direction.But- I'm between a rock and a hard place, need for a purpose without time to dilly dally with shipping/returns etc... I'm keeping it and gluing inside liner in place. Looking into replacing wheels.. they don't swivel, who would have guessed any luggage item would have tiny non swiveling wheels.

My only complaint is mine came in dented and banged up but I can not return it because I had to use it for a show. I wish it was not dented but I really needed it so I went ahead and just dealt with it. I love it. the inside material is peeling up on the door that opens but that is being picky.The rollers don't roll the best but it still worked great for me. 25 trays was awesome and the combo lock is nice. The little lock with the key is hard to use it doesn't want to work but with the combination lock I won't use the key anyway.It seems to roll well. If I could change anything about the actual product I would love for the trays to slide in and out instead of stack but if they did not stack jewelry would fall out of trays so I guess the design they made is the best one for the product. I did not use all the trays and was able to put an earring spinner and a bracelet rack along with a mirror and some foldable chalkboard signs in the case and it closed up nicely. The little pockets at the side are nice and will hold brochures and business cards. they can also hold a box of chalk or pens.

This case is absolutely amazing for the amount of trays it holds. The wheels on this are terrible. It is so unwieldy to roll along. Please update your design because it is otherwise a great product. Do not skimp on wheels. For this price, a $50 rolling suitcase does a better job at rolling.

While the jewelry case fits my needs it pretty heavy with only 8 out of 24 trays filled with jewelry. I keep the empty trays in to prevent items from moving around. I'll try removing the empty trays and filling the empty space with something else to the top to prevent filled trays from moving. It was a great buy compared to other sources. The trays stack perfectly inside for ease of organization. My only complaint is the weight, approximately 50 pounds, for lifting in and out of a vehicle. Other than that, it's a perfect companion.

I love the product, however, I had to fix it before I could use it. On delivery, the retractable handle was broken from the case. Thankfully, I was able to fix it by screwing it together. It did have a small dent in it as well, but I figured I would probably do worse. Like I said, I love the case, it completely suites my needs.

not at all happy with this purchase. locks are so cheap that the keys dont even work in them. very unhappy with this purchase for the money I spent. I should have known better.

I really like this case and the trays that come with it. It's a great size and not too heavy. I've used it twice. However, when I tried to unlock it after my second use, the bottom lock would not release to open even though I tried many times taking extra care to make sure the combination was positioned correctly. I finally had to pry that lock open with a screwdriver after 30 minutes of trying unsuccessfully to open it with the combination in order to get to my jewelry. I'm disappointed that the nice case I ordered and only used twice only has one working lock now. The one I had to pry open won't even close now.
