Great quality and stay on very well. I bought these for my daughter when she was an infant last year and now she is 1 years old and they have not fallen out. The screw back is very effective.They are very tiny which makes it hard to screw the backs on at first especially if you have a squirmy baby but once you get them in and the backs screwed on they are perfect.
