UPDATE:8 months later these are still going strong. I never take them off. Have not turned any weird color, lost a gem or a gem lost their sparkle. These are definitely a great buy!—————I absolutely love these! I’ve had these piercings for a while but was not happy with the jewelry I had access to, until these. I wear my hair up a lot and was tired of having these long post sticking out, ruining my ear party look...These are the 4mm length post/bar and they are perfect length for my cartilage and my tragus (everyone’s ear is different). I’ve included a kind of blurry picture for you to see how the look from behind. They sit right on your skin but don’t feel tight. My skin is a bit swollen because I just got them on like 10 mins ago. If I don’t update this review in the next few days then you can assume these are still going good.Now.....Be ready for a challenge! It took me 1.5 hrs to get these on. I initially lost one gem because it fell to the floor, then immediately lost the other, spent some time kneeled on the floor with a flash light, found them, cut my nails, struggled for another 30 minutes or so and then finally got them both on. Once I got my cartilage one on then I figured out the tragus one faster. They are tiny (see pictured compared to the 6mm long post/bar I was wearing), but if you are looking for minimal jewelry yet femenine, these are definately it! Worth the hassle and all.You could go to a piercer but with the pandemic I did not feel like having people touch my face.

Update: likes to fall out a lot!4mm 3 pack. Been looking for 4-5 mm post for my nose so there's not much sitcking out the back. Nose bones always fall out for me so the flat back is the answer. So secure feeling, just barely fits my nose width though, seems perfect for me personally as I have a small nose and don't mind it being snug. Will update in a while to describe how well it stays and coloring.

Purchased the 6mm for my nose piercing. The 18 gauge is perfect. I’ve had my nose pierced for 12 years but removed my stud about 1.5 years ago. I missed my nose piercing so I purchased these with a taper and it was super easy and the jewelry is perfect. Glad I went for it. Great quality, perfect gauge and the gem is a good size. Two thumbs up.Edit: unfortunately have to update on these studs. The gem didn’t stay screwed in tightly longer than a couple days. Had continuously screw the gem back down and the whole stud would pop out from time to time. I was lucky I could find the pieces every time until last night. Went to scratch my nose and the entire stud and gem were gone. Luckily I have a retainer I could put in, but I cannot find the jewelry that fell out. Wanted to love these, but didn’t work for me. I purchased a push pin stud to replace these.

Alright! Here is the lowdown on these bad boys. I want to rate 5 stars but I feel anyone who isn’t ready to take on the challenge that comes with these needs to just go to their piercer and buy jewelry from them and put it in for them.I’m used to putting in nose jewelry into my triple forward helix but was tired of them always falling out. So I had been looking for close to a year on fairly priced 18g labret jewelry that came in a set of 3 for less than $20. Amazon saved me. If you know anything about jewelry, an 18g labret is small. I seemed to forget that and enter my hour and a half long struggle to put these in. Don’t get me wrong, putting the actual post in was as easy as putting your socks on. The tiny, tiny, head that screwed in was as hard as my ex trying to please me. I ended up using tweezers and twisting my ear in crazy directions to put it in. If you go to a piercer, 110% they won’t have as many problems as I did but I’m cheap and determined.I included a picture. Don’t mind my dry skin or the weird angle the top piercing is at due to some idiot that can’t pierce right and yes since I was used to having 20g jewelry in, my ear is a bit inflamed and angry at me with the slightly larger jewelry. They look great once they’re in!!!Just be prepared for a struggle as they are tiny.

I got the 4mm length with 2mm ends for my 18g piercings. They are definitely tricky to install because they’re so small, but with a lot of patience I was able to get them into my 20 lobe piercings. Unfortunately out of the 27 total I bought, five lost their stone while I was screwing the ends onto the post. They feel secure, but we’ll see. The remaining stones sparkle like crazy.I got these as an affordable “try on” before I spring for a similar style in Neometal titanium.Word of warning, if you have long nails while trying to put these in, you’re gonna have a bad time.

High quality and stays where you put it. Can be tricky to attach because it’s so dam small. Great value for the money.

They actually fit so perfectly on my forward triple helix I will show you a picture later (was going to but Amazon makes it impossible). Not sure if the gems will fall out but they arrived all in tact and did not fall out while soaking them in alcohol. If you have this piercing you know it is so hard to find this gage and length earrings. I used to use jump ring (they are so hard to put on) or nose earring (they’d get lost all the time). Pretty much I’d recommend and if you’ve been using a smaller size gage then 18 it might take you a long time to find those little holes in the hardest part of your ear but for me screwing on the diamond is the best part obviously if it doesn’t fall on the floor. Also NEVER I repeat never get prong set diamonds for this piercing it hurts so bad if they get stuck on anything point being these are flat 🙌🙌 If the diamonds fell out or the earring got loose and came out I’d buy them again. 18g flat back earrings not to long for triple forward helix are extremely hard to find for a decent price so these are it for me!

The stem is good quality. The closure is not secure. I lost the nose ring within one week.
