Overall it's a nice quality looking piece. My measurements: Hole: 4.3 mm, Height 8.9 mm, Length 11.6 mmPros: It's a pretty, very clean, crisp design and it has a simple elegance to it. It is nicely polished, 'whiter' not tarnished or as 'antiqued' as the existing photo might show. It has a tiny 925 stamped on it and it comes in a sheer maroon draw string bag, so hopefully it works as a nice gift for my mom. It also fit easily on my bracelet, which is a non-screw off Pandora-like bracelet (ASIN B0056NAAY2).Cons: The bird is weighted wrong and it hangs upside down on the chain, maybe that's part of the whimsy of it, but I rather it hung up head up. Visually it is a tad short and long on the chain, next to the glass beads so it just sort of gets lost next to the glass beads. Maybe when placed next to other medium sized silver beads, it will look OK.
