This is a comfortable and attractive bracelet with engraved words serenity, wisdom and courage. The seller (The Quiet Witness LLC) sent the bracelet in an attractive gift box with an insert emphasizing their goal is customer satisfaction. So far, I enjoy the magnetic clip as it is convenient and seems to lock solid. I admit I am careful with the bracelet, when I wear it, after reading that some have lost their bracelet when the magnet disconnected. I will have to update if that happens to my bracelet.9/05/17: Here is the update I promised. I enjoy this bracelet though I have found that the magnet releases when bumped. I have been careful to watch that I don't bump the bracelet. Today, I decided not to risk losing it. I decided to put a thin strip of silver duct tape around the latch. I think that may keep me from losing the bracelet.9/8/17: To be fair to the seller, I am adding another comment. Today, when I put on this bracelet, I realized what may be a problem with what seems like the magnet releases easily. If one is rushed, the magnetic clasp clicks and one might think this bracelet is properly latched. It may NOT be properly latched unless one has made certain the round magnet is set WITHIN the circular fitting. Once the magnet is set WITHIN the circular fitting, the bracelet has a tight fit.

I've had two of this bracelet. It is pretty, however......The first one fell apart the first time I wore it. The second one I cannot wear for fear of losing it. The magnet closure is not secure at all.

Beautiful bracelet but, definitely not an everyday wear as I’d hoped for. Clasp is in need of a change it falls off a lot. I’ve fashioned a safety to keep it on

This is my first ever review. I LOVED this bracelet - it was beautiful and creative. I had read the reviews about the clasp and ordered it anyway. I was very careful. It fell off and was lost forever the first time I wore it. In this case, a thing of beauty is NOT a joy forever - it is only a joy until the clasp gives out. Will not buy again.

So beautiful! I get many compliments on this bracelet! I would only suggest two improvements: a locking clasp instead of the magnet. The bracelet has fallen off several times when I get it hung on something during my day. Second, the black cords slip out of one end of the clasp. It is easily slid back into place, but may need to be secured with a glue. Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing!

The closure is magnetic and doesn't stay closed very well.Seems cheaper quality in person.Shouldn't be an Amazon seller if returns are not accepted. Feel ripped off.
