This can easily be damaged. If I could have, I would have returned this.It is an extremely overpriced attempt to overcharge. I believe the chain would easily come apart as well. I will say the clasp is good, it moves smoothly and has no play during operation, but everything is just done as cheaply as possible.

This is a beautiful necklace that really gets their attention. Obviously, this isn't extremely expensive, but most women will not care because of the serious symbology of the heart and rose. I need to mention the verbiage written on the heart. I would read that carefully before giving this to a girlfriend as a gift. The wording is rather serious and technically should be given to someone that you are married or engaged to. I strongly recommend that you don't give this to a Lady that you are not serious about. If you gift this to a single woman, the wording is such that it could be mis-interpreted as a prelude to a marriage proposal. On the other hand, this is a very appropriate gift for your Mother.
