Just what I needed and wanted. I love my people and I wear this every day as a SELF reminder of the sacrifices my ancestors made for me, and as a message to everyone who sees it that my black is beautiful! The chain is wood and feels lightweight but durable. The fist is made of plastic and although I wish it too was made of wood, its not a deal breaker for me. It is bigger than I thought but it is beautiful. I love it. The fist sits a few inches below the mid breast area. The gold although not real, has faded and turned a reddish color but I don't care. I would buy it again and plan to buy it again. You should too! You'll love it!

I love it, it's a friendly wave to every other brotha and sista I see in passing. Only 4 stars cuz the pendant was a little thicker than anticipated and the beads are alittle smaller too but I'd get it again in a heart beat. POWER!!
