As soon as I untwisted the ends some sticky wrap came out. Like they had put plumbers tape in there to hold it shut. When I tried to screw it back together there was no thread to catch so the ends spin freely and wouldn’t stay on. As I was trying to reattach it, the end piece fell off and hit the floor. The turquoise stone popped right off. Appears to just be cheaply glued together. I would not trust any jewelry from this company.
