If you are considering buying this septum, I would highly recommend! I have been wearing this non-stop since I bought it, and there is no discoloration to the jewelry or discomfort. It is also a great low-profile septum to sleep with. Keep in mind for people with larger noses like me, 8mm will be a bit tighter. This was my first time trying 8 since I normally stick with 10mm and was surprised it fits me perfectly with just the right amount of wiggle room. I get compliments on this jewelry all the time. Will definitely be buying from this company in the future!

I love how this jewelry looks, but I had to take it out because my skin had a bad reaction to the metal. Usually, I have no issues with stainless steel, but I think combined with how tight the jewelry was and my sensitive skin, it's an occasional piece I will wear when I want the specific look.
