View with naked eye (not as good as the first two methods.)But please pay attention to the direction of observation, the eye needs to be very close to the raised side of the crystal(refer to method 1). 1. Because this observation method has relatively high requirements on light. If you are in a dark environment, the pattern may be too dark to be seen, so aim the projection stone to a place with good light. 2. The media could not be loaded. Item arrived 2 days early which was awesome! Important to note it is coming from China I believe so this isn't a 2 day ship out. But the product itself is so cool, my girlfriend loved it! It's small but definitely stylish and loved the choices you were able to make about the box! The media could not be loaded. My 14 year old son ordered this for my birthday and my heart melted as soon as I saw the image. It was beautifully crafted. I also want to thank the owners for their professionalism when I couldn’t find my package. They made it right by telling me where it had been shipped and also offered to replace or refund. UPDATE: Seller offered to replace item and was so easy to work with. This necklace is so cute that I'm hoping it lasts longer!!This was adorable and the picture looked great. However, the photo "gem" fell out within about 2 weeks of occasional wear. Unfortunately it was lost so I couldn't even try gluing it back in. Quality wasn't as good as I'd expected.

I lost my sweet pup, Dixie, & I wanted something small, sentimental, and a sweet reminder of her, to help me during those hard times. I ordered this, and I love the heart. It’s beautiful and well done. The image on the inside is great quality. The chain was weak, and has had to be replaced 2 times, however it’s just a chain. Overall, the product was a really good buy. Do NOT get wet, it will mess up the image on the inside. Would recommend.
