I received mine a lot earlier than expected and was a bit spooked at first because the reviews mostly spoke poorly of the quality but when I opened it up it was beautiful and now my mother has a picture of me and my passed father she can carry around with her. I think a common issue people have may be the lighting in the photos, and that may be what causes them to come out messed up, so just be sure to select a defined picture to use.The only issue I have is that the envelope is a little hard to open but I’m assuming it’s for the safety of the little picture.All in all, very lovely. <3

My daughter wanted a locket for a picture of her and her brother who passed away and I couldn’t be happier with this! The tiny picture is of excellent quality. I wasn’t expecting anything really great because it was so inexpensive, but it’s better than I could’ve imagined. I just placed another order for a friend who lost her son. I can’t wait to give it to her. Who else can I order one for? 🤔

The product came in and was smaller than I expected, but still pretty nice. Sadly the magnet that keeps it closed are not attached in a good way so the inside contents were almost lost completely multiple times. The chain is thin as well, so it seems to be counting its days. Overall, it's okay but I wouldn't purchase this again.

Impossible to open. Picture on back is not legible at all. If I could return it, I would. Very unhappy.

I was very impressed with the photo contained in the envelope pendant. My only complaint is that the envelope pendant seems to be pretty loose and I am worried that it will fall open, causing the photo to be lost. This being said, it was a really good price for such a unique and sentimental gift.
