Do not recommend if you have face cheek piercings. Will break at the base if you bite on them accidentally.

Using as simple piercings they are the perfect size the the stopper is huge and it pushing on my cheeks and making them swell. I had to take them out for an hour just to ease the tension. I wouldn't buy again.
