This is basically jewelry for children, beaded on an elastic string so it's easy to put on. It's not convincingly made of anything other than toy jewelry.In terms of sizing, if your feet are too small it will look weird, and if your feet are too big it will be uncomfortable, and look weird. I'd say somewhere around a size 5-6 women's is the right match for the elastic band.
