I wasn't expecting the quality of this watch...but it is every bit as impressive as my Rolex. In fact, anyone seeing it from a few feet away would assume it was a Rolex. My real Rolex has a grey face with diamond numbers and a gorgeous diamond bezel and appraises for over $10M. However, I'm 74...so I am reluctant to wear it out when my husband is not with me. If someone holds me up for this watch, I'll just order another. :-)

This is the 2nd watch I purchased because I love the first one so much. The original watch is the rose gold with diamonds on the case and a beautiful ceramic band. This company includes a tool so you can adjust the band yourself. The watches also come in a lovely presentation box. The watch closure is also magnificent!I waited to review them to ensure they run properly. They keep perfect time and I am so pleased with them!

Be a wear that getting service under Olevs factory warranty is difficult. Olevs has indicated that I need to contact the independent seller. I can't determine who that is. I will contact Amazon and hopefully get some positive results meanwhile my rating stands. Olevs should be willing to stand by their product no matter who sold it.

The watch is beautiful. The tool to remove links is terrible. I was able to remove one link, then the tool bent slightly and now won't align with the pins in the band. Even before the tool bent, it took me almost 30 minutes to remove one link since the tool's pin is slighter higher than the pins in the band. It took a lot of maneuvering to get one pin out and the links connected again. When I went to remove another, the pin on the tool bent slightly so it was impossible to remove another link. The instructions are also really bad in explaining how to use the tool to remove links. I had to go to YouTube to see a decent video, which helped. but you can't work with the tool. Too bad. My review would have been better but for this issue.Update: I changed my review to 4 stars. A jeweler had to remove the links because the tool didn't work properly. Even though it cost a bit to have it done, the watch fits now and looks beautiful. I still give 1 star to customer support who never responded.
