Best of all, it came in its own little gift box that only needed a wee bow before it went under the tree.As I wanted a "nurse" charm, I conducted the usual comparisons and found this one to be the most appealing, unique and classy. Even better, the price was right! I will definitely click on Bling Jewelry first the next time I'm searching for a Pandora type charm. I suggest you do the same!

My giftee was very happy with this spacer/bead. I am giving 5 stars because of that and because the packaging by "Bling" is very nice and helps make giving this small bead as a gift that much more impressive than it would have been had the product arrived in a plastic baggy as I've received other beads recently. Nice bead, nice packaging, nice Amazon service.

My wife is an RN and she loves this charm. It is as nice as the one you see in the picture. The only problem I had was that I paid for 2 day shipping and I don't know who's fault it was but 5 days later I got it. Luckily, Amazon gave me back the money for the shipping.

The charm was just as pretty in person as it was in the photo and it fit the Pandora bracelet .I was very pleased with the service especially the customer service .when I did not recieve an item, you not only took care of the order but you even waived the delivery cost. The quality of this charm I POOR! I received it and one of the gems is already missing from it. I was really looking forward to adding this to my bracelet but I will not add something so poor. Do not order. I'm only giving one star because I have to.
