When we received earrings they were packed decently enough, but once we opened we realized that one earring had completely snapped and would not be repairable - even if we decided to solder we knew it wouldn't work. Disappointed in quality as it would have been a gift. We elected to return item.

They were smaller than expected. The earrings look cheaper in person than the picture showed. They just were not worth what I paid for them so I sent them back for a refund.
