I have over a couple dozen watches from under$50 up to several hundred. All in black, silver, blue or gray. I figured I need at least one in the brown family and selected this one for the great looking style. In person it does not disappoint. This is a heavy, well made, durable and quality fashion watch at a great price. The band is thick leather. It is at the maximum size and thickness for a watch before it would be classified as a clock. So if you have a small wrist or don't like thick watches, you'll probably want to consider other options. It did take over a month to get and it arrived by mail in a small plastic envelope secured in bubble wrap without any damage. No gift box. I'm sure it will last for years with normal use.

I love the look of this watch. So far it keeps time well, but trying to set the date is very difficult, when you pull the dial out there's no "catch" halfway out like most watches. I either couldn't get the date to move or I pulled it out too far and the hands moved. After several minutes of fooling around I did get it set though. Otherwise it's a nice watch.

I purchased a group of these as gifts for my Groomsmen. I was concerned that the advertisement was going outshine the actual product, but I was wrong. This watch has all of the tactile feel you expect with a good quality time piece. Nice band, good weight, functioning plungers. Of course my guys will have the final say on the quality, but from first exposure, I think they were a good value.
