I would definitely order again, especially if they find a way to add the personal health record Medic Alert QR code from the latest Smart Medic Alert ID Card to the dog tag. It's much faster to scan the QR code than to search for the ID card and then scan the QR code.

I have tried a couple of silicone bracelets that have broken for my husband that needs an alert for a medication he is on. This is very light weight and perfect as well as comfortable for him! After ordering we got it within 2 days! Perfect! 100 stars!

Just got it today, 1 week early which was a pleasant surprise but it's already scratched & I don't know why. It doesn't look like a long lasting quality item. The neck chain that it came with is junk

Product came exactly as ordered (lettering). It is a daily use item (EDC). Rugged and has held up well. purchased over 4 years ago. Very minor wear marks/ light scratches from constant use/ abuse. Very pleased. Will likely order a spare in the next year or two.Recommended.

Great product. Lightweight, but durable, I do not foresee any issues with chipping or bending. Engraving is clear on the back.Only issue is that I tried to order from this seller on Amazon.ca, and they stated the product was out of stock. I ordered the same day from Amazon.com (same seller) and magically stock must have been found. The extra steps I had to take to get this product is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
