This locket is really pretty and dainty. I think it’s real genuine silver, with some sort of precious metal plating, and it’s got a bit of weight to it, which is nice! It doesn’t look or feel cheap/cheaply made, and it’s easy to open without feeling anxious that it will open without me wanting it to. It’s looks just like the picture, too, which is a huge plus. You never know what you’re going to get when ordering fine jewelry on Amazon; but this locket is the real deal. Also it comes in a really nice box with a polishing rag (not sure what to call it) so it would make a great gift!
