Happy Valentine's Day to me! When I saw this beauty available at Amazon Warehouse (for significant savings), my husband said, "Order it." I did. My necklace arrived yesterday. The box was broken, unfortunately, but the necklace is A+ and the perfect length. Often a double strand pearl necklace fits like a choker. This is 18" and 19" length that lays perfectly on the neck. The pearls aren't too large or small. The luster is amazing. The gold clasp is sturdy, but a little tricky to figure out at first. Not only will I wear it happily for years to come, it can be handed down as an heirloom. Definitely worth the full price, but so glad I got a bargain.

Each of the three pieces has been well made and is very attractive. I have purchased another strand from another source at a higher price. The quality of The Pearl Source pieces in comparison is equivalent.For individuals who are looking to purchase pearls for the first time, special care will need be taken for cleaning and maintaining (periodic restringing) a pearl strand. This will hold true regardless of the cost or supplier. But with good care and handling they will provide many years of good service. Another issue that is talked about is the clasp. One of the strands my wife owns is over 10 years old and the clasp is still working flawlessly.With these things said, my wife is looking forward to many years of service with this new double strand of pearls the same as the ones she was given as a gift (purchased from “The Pearl Source”) over ten years ago.By the way, I can’t forget Amazon. I had purchased another double strand pearl necklace but at my mistake, I ordered the wrong length. Amazon was great. I was able to return the pearls and Amazon faithfully processed the return expeditiously. And for this double strand…? Great response and I received the product in a timely manner in plenty of time to give as a gift to my wife of 35 years.
