I ordered these nose rings because I have a hard time finding 20 gauge nose rings in my area. I ordered them based on the seller advertising them as 20 gauge. I didn't have huge expectations based on the price. It's one of those cases, when I opened the package, I was like well, I'm only out $22. (I ordered six of them for myself and my daughters). First off, they are not 5mm. Infact, 2 of the 6 stones are considerably bigger then the rest and I would guess they are closer to being 5mm but not. However, all the posts are the same size and none are 20 gauge posts. I think one of my daughters may try to wear the larger two because it has a bigger stone base, but the other 4 are just too tiny to use. You get what you pay for, and like many, I don't have time to mess around with a seller to try to get my $20 back before the holidays. I've been shopping Amazon since they started out, and after the last 3 purchases I've made from 3rd parties on amazon I've had enough of getting ripped off and having to file claims against them. This was my last purchase from 3rd parties. I will only purchase from Amazon direct.

I really like this item. The stones are bright and colorful, and they seem to be well made as opposed to others I have bought that the stonhe falls out after a couple weeks.

The stones in this product were very flat as well as cheap. I believe the gauge was sized wrong and the length is far too short to fit into any noses in my opinion, which is partially on me considering i did not look at the length. But overall, i’m not too happy about this purchase, however, i am happy that i did not spend too much money on it.

All of the stones fell out after 1 week. Not worth the money spent. Very disappointed.

Im giving this a 2 star because the stones are very pretty BUT i had mine in for just two days and a stone fell out! :( Not the right gauge either. Hope that the other one i bought for a gift doesnt have the stone(s) fall out.

The bottom half of the nose pin is shorter than pictured, which makes it hard to get in and out. The triple gem is smaller than what I was imagining, too. The red gems, however, do sparkle greatly, even in indoor light, and they look like they're well-set. This is not a true 20g stud, though. The pin is a lot thinner than it should be for a 20g stud, so if you're needing 20g specifically, look elsewhere.

The design is pretty, but if you are looking for a true 20g, regular nose ring, this is not what you are going to get. It is so ultra tiny, and the size is more of if you had an earring and not a nose ring. It was a solid 10 times smaller than the regular 20g one I have in now. I had to throw them away, plus the bend really easy. Definitely not worth it, look else where.
