This is what's known as "pink zebra jasper" a semi-precious gemstone so it makes a nice gift. The beads are fairly uniform in size and it is sized at approximately 7-1/2" the jewelry maker's standard size. It fits my wrist very tight but I am largely boned as they say. The beads are strung on a secure elastic stretch string along with a Tibetan silver dangle charm. It comes boxed with a nice sentiment card enclosed.
