I absolutely loved this design. Most DNA necklaces have a flat, 2D strand, but this one is slightly 3D, which is much more accurate.I wore it for a day in the midwest humidity, and my neck started turning green from the chain. The plating on the DNA helix is wearing off on the part that touches my skin. Very cheap materials, should've expected it for the price, but I love the shape of the DNA so much!I am considering painting over the double helix with clear nail polish, and replacing the chain with something more durable (luckily I have the tools and know how to do this).
