I purchased this locket as a gift. The recipient loves it. I was able to easily add pictures and close. It's inexpensive so if she loses it I won't be heartbroken. As it's an older person I added a magnetic closure to the chair for ease for her.

We bought this for our daughter, who is younger. We didn’t want to give her something that was super expensive because kids are rough on things, but this broke the first day she wore it, and not because she was being especially rough, we don’t think. The chain was intact, it had to have broken at the ring on the heart, because the piece that attaches the chain to the heart was still on the chain. So there’s literally a broken heart somewhere out there, and a broken heart in our house.
