I love these necklaces that are made with real wood and the metal looks antiqued. As gift ideas these are great because there are two of them and each is somewhat different as well as the fact that they are almost identical, otherwise. you could give each one to a different person if you wanted to. I find it a little bit unnecessary to have both of them, although I love them. When I am allowed to, I will give away one of them and I want to keep the nautical themed one that I like so much. it has a charm that looks like an anchor. They aren’t too chunky or masculine. This is a perfect item to wear with blue jeans and a T-shirt, with brown leather sandals. Of course, you can do more than that for different occasions if you please. These are made very well and sturdy. I suppose you could get yourself a leather bracelet to go with that. Something that matches the actual cords that the pendants hang from. I wear something like this in the shower all the time. The main thing is you want to let it dry in the open air. Don’t leave it wet for very long so it doesn’t become moldy. So I wear something like this all the time and don’t need to take it off if I get lazy. I have loved items like this or some thing like it since the early 70s. I have always been a girl to wear styles like that. These are not expensive and easy to replace which is why it is nice actually to have a second one. But I don’t anticipate breakage here. I think that, what I am more concerned with is that I have so many other necklaces that it is a hard choice to make in the morning. But I am not complaining here, just illustrating my point.. This one is perfect for casual while others not so much. I think this is a great value because you can, as I have said, do much with it as gifts.Enjoy!

This laughing buddha/ Ho tai/ Chinese buddha charm is really nice. It has a really nice bright polished look/finish to it. It’s a smidge larger than I expected (about the size of a half dollar coin). There’s subtle detail to this pendant charm. The laughing buddhas face is very clear and well detailed. This pendant/charm is a little simple as it doesn’t have a ton of other details or things going on with the laughing Buddha. There’s a nice frame design around the laughing Buddha just not the same kinda of detail you would find on a good luck laughing Buddha statue. I don’t necessarily mind the simplicity of this charm because it does keep from loosing the detail it does have or drowning out the detail by being cluttered. If that makes sense.Overall this is a really nice simple yet detailed laughing Buddha/Chinese Buddha pendant charm! It will love lovely on a length chain and will hopefully bring from good luck and fortune. Would definitely recommend.This charm arrived packaged well inside one of those little plastic wrap boxes that keeps the jewelry from being scratched or touching other things. It also came with a nice little black cord necklace and gift bracelet. This is a very thoughtful pendant that would make a very nice gift.

This is such a beautiful necklace.I'm not sure why they consider it to be "vintage sterling silver" or vintage by itself.But I can tell you that it is very well made. He has a beautiful amount of detail to the design and the necklace is nice and sturdy, it's not a thin cheap one. Now I don't like that it's only plated however for this price point I can't expect too much.One thing I should also point out is it actually is a quite large necklace, so it is cumbersome and has a good amount of weight to it. But because I bought this for religious and sentimental reasons I don't mind it size at all.

Great necklace. Arrived nicely packaged and not damaged. Was a great gift for my boyfriends sister. She loves foxes and really loves this necklace.The design is interesting and very earthy , it’s great. The chain or whatever you’d like to call it, is good. Seems durable enough.
