I did not like the construction, one hearing's lost beads when the plastic end cap came off as I was trying to put it on.

I noticed right off the bat that these are a little "cheap" but not enough that they are falling apart or anything. They are fine for the price, and very stylish. I putchased them for Padres baseball games (needed brown or wood). I am happy with my purchase.

I ordered these to wear with a wooden necklace (also from Amazon) and they look great together. I'm hoping that being wood, they will not set of the ding, ding, ding at security in international airports. Even 18 K gold sets it off as the sensors are set at a ridiculous level. Glad I found them!!!
