This is a beautiful slim banded ring that can be perfect for everyday wear, but also can be equally as appropriate for special occasions too. While this ring gives the impression that the overall band is wider due to its split Shank on the front, the actual back of the ring remains slim, making this ring extremely comfortable to wear and generally easy to fit. I purchased this ring in a size 8 so it would fit my index or middle finger without any problems. This ring seems to run pretty true to size. The three cubic zirconia stones easily pick up and reflect light, but because they are small, the light reflection is not so dramatic to make the ring look gaudy. The stones used in this ring have all been set with prongs, so they should stay securely attached to the ring. The beaded area between the three stones is nicely done. The gold plating on this ring looks great at the moment. I have purchased other plated rings in the past that were made by Gnirtsi, as I do like their style of jewelry, and the minimalist look that enables stacking of rings without going overboard. Because I like their look, I tend to wear one of their rings every single day. While I can not speak for how well the plating will wear on this particular ring, since it is new, I will say the plating quality has not been wonderfully long lasting on my other rings from them. While the main part of their rings that everyone sees because they face out front and center, the plating has stayed in good shape overall, but the plating on the band part of the ring (especially on the palm side of my hand) has chipped off in several spots, leaving a brass colored band underneath those chips. My older rings are around a year old at this point. I am hoping the plating on this ring will hold up better over a longer time, and I have made a decision to not wear this ring every day, even if I am tempted to do so.
