The 18G is perfect for a nose piercing, and I’m happy I finally found a small nice stud that I can keep it in daily. However, I purchased the *VERY SHORT* stud and it is in fact VERY SHORT, basically the length of my nostril. I would recommend if anyone is buying this for your nose, get the regular sized stud. It was really difficult to get in because it was so short but not impossible.

Bought this for my 18g nose piercing and doesn't fit at all. Way too thick and couldn't get it in. The screw is serrated as it goes in so it cuts up your piercing hole. Probably better off for a cartilage piercing.
