When I opened my package the product did look intact, but in fact there are sections of the chain that are broken and I cannot put them back together. I would not recommend this product because of how easily it broke, so you are better off spending your money on something of higher quality for a higher price.

It's literally so small and the chain is so short that you can't wear it! So your wasting your money.
