I bought this to help with anxiety and other things. At first I was very pleased with the beads and feeling of the bracelet. I did wear this everyday and did not take it off while showering. I’ve had it since the end of October, and it has stretched out so far that I cannot wear it anymore and the elastic is fraying all over. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the elastic. I would not buy this if you plan to wear it all the time or get it wet. I will be looking to purchase a different one, maybe one that is made with better quality

Bracelet is well made, however color is misinterpreted in the photo. It is not vibrant seafoam green meets turquoise, more like dull light-blue.
