This watch is everything I wanted. Stylish, waterproof, very lightweight, extremely accurate, simple to operate, solar charging is great ! The sapphire glass is really tough, Ive been wearing the watch daily for more than a year and the face does not show a single scratch. The only thing I dont like about this watch is that the calendar is not a perpetual one so you have to manually adjust it in months having less than 31 days but this takes only a few seconds to correct. Also the size and visibility of the calendar is too small for my 70 years old eyes.Appart from these minor issues it is a 5 star product. Do not hesitate to buy this quality product

I am replacing another Citizen I have worn for 14 years that is stainless steel, and is no longer water proof. This new watch is a fly-weight in comparison with its titanium construction. The difference is remarkable. Very comfortable. Also note this new watch is bigger. The dial is very readable and so is the calendar. Without my glasses I can read the time but not the calendar, but that's to be expected. The stopwatch has very fine increments; down to 1/5 of a second I think.I passed on an atomic sync watch; I feel that a simpler watch has less to go wrong and will be more reliable.Since I just got it, I cannot comment on accuracy. Being a quartz movement, it should be within +/- 15 seconds a month. I will provide a followup review on accuracy later this Summer.I definitely recommend this watch.--------FOLLOW UP REVIEW ---------------------------So after about three weeks this watch is still within 2 seconds. That means the watch may be off by 9 seconds every six months. Considering I will set the time a couple times a year for DST that is perfectly acceptable.I REALLY like the titanium; it is super light. The sapphire crystal is super hard. My yellow lab "puppy" has attempted to chew my wrist more than once and there are no visible marks on the watch. Sapphire and titanium is the way top go.I could see someone wanting the radio sync watch which will correct the calendar date for you for a 28 or 30 day month; problem is I don't think Citizen has a titanium case/bracelet for the radio sync models. For me - I would rather have the titanium and correct the date/time every couple months.

This watch is simply stunning! It looks amazing. really hard to beat for the price. Looks modern and elegant at the same time. I ordered it not knowing that it doesn’t have perpetual calendar. Disappointed I’ve place an order for Citizen BL5558-58L, also Titanium watch but with perpetual calendar and... mineral glass - can’t have it all I guess. After trying them both on I’ve decided to keep the first choice (CA0349-51L). It simply looks that good. Of course the bracelet could be wider and more ‘solid’, second hand could be a second hand and not just chronometer’s hand with an actual second hand moved to a smaller, dedicated dial and certainly it could feature a perpetual calendar. All that being said, I still think that this is a one of the coolest casual watches I’ve ever seen below $300 mark. I think this will be my favorite daily use watch. Eco-Drive should be good for many years of uninterrupted service and combined with sapphire glass or titanium case and bracelet is a promise of great look and reliability for the whole watch lifetime which shouldn’t be less then 10-15 years*photos shows comparison with Citizen BL5558-58L; IMHO both watches are great and worth to buy; but having to choose, I’m choosing CA0349-51L

I love it but at at 371 it isnt worth it. Its amazingly light and super pretty. its just going into my collection though.

Pros:1) Japanese movement keeps excellent time. You'll likely be setting it the first of every month anyway due to the calendar being off.2) Battery lasts 10-20 years.3) Sapphire crystal is the best out there.4) So light you forget you're wearing it.5) Scratch resistant titanium appears to be resisting scratches so far.6) Good looking watch.Cons1) Bracelet is made in China. Go communism!2) The latch mechanism only has two hole sets for fine tuning. For me, it's a bit tight if I remove a link and it's too loose if I add one. My other watches with three hole sets allowed me to fit them perfectly.3) The chronograph doesn't have a hundredths indicator. It's precise only to 0.2 seconds, and that's only if you can squint closely enough to see the second hand.4) Scratch resistant titanium can't be buffed if it ever gets scratched.Overall, a nice Chinese watch for the money. You're really paying for the titanium with this watch. For a few dollars more, you can get a stainless one with all the bells and whistles if you don't mind the weight. This is my first titanium watch, and I gotta say, I like the lightness of it.

If you are accustomed to a titanium watch, this watch is only part titanium. The watch itself is stainless steel and is very heavy. It IS a beautiful watch, but too heavy so we will be returning it.

This Citizen watch definitely exceeded my expectations. With it being titanium, it is lighter than one would expect, but the durability is there. I had it for months now and there is not a single scratch on the bracelet. I'm certain that's a first for me. I've got a few other Eco-Drive watches and they are always great. A+

Came with a tag that said "Made in Japan". This watch is light, the styling is sophisticated and it keeps great time; gaining about 3 seconds over 6 weeks. Watch back says "Japan Movement, Sapphire, Base Titanium". Even though the bezel is stationary I very much enjoy the watch, wear it daily and also out to dinner.
