I have been wearing this thing since 2021. I have had several very physical jobs since then including working with animals. I also played rugby while wearing it. I never take it off and just leave it on my wrist. I expected it to fall off years ago but it clings stubbornly. I got engaged and married in this bracelet. It's definitely a bit worse for wear but still cute. I recommend!
