My friend bought a pandora bracelet for my birthday (December 5th) with no charms.... so instead of getting those expensive pandora charms, I decided I would check what Amazon had! I chose an M for the initial of my first name. It came in two days and it’s so cute! I’m going to see what other charms I can get !

The charm fell off of the spacer as we took it out of the package on Valentines Day. So now my daughter has put a jumper on it and it is not as pretty as what the picture is bc there is no spacer. I have tried to find a telephone number to call without luck to try and receive a replacement. I am very disgusted with the purchase especially bc this was a gift for her. Thank you.

Looks nice when new. But, after 6 months the silver is worn off and tarnishing now. She took it off her bracelet cuz its no longer silver color.
