If used for the purpose for defense is not useful has a very weak steel cable and it brakeseasely. I had to replace the steel cable for a thicker one, also I had to purchase steel clampsto hold tight the necklace.

They're uncomfortable, difficult to wear on your arm, and useless in combat. First set broke against a post. 2nd set broke against a heavy bag. Neither were used at full power...3rd set sits in a drawer. Don't bother.
