Love this necklace, especially at this price! I've had many necklaces purchased for me in the past with pendants and such on them, but after a few days of my hair getting balled up on it from catching, I would get tired of wearing them... and usually people buy 18inch chains as the norm I guess but I like mine shorter cause I don't wear much low cut stuff. I researched the types of necklaces that would be less likely to pull hair and this type came up. Of course, came to Amazon and low and behold there it was. I get so many compliments on my necklace now. I actually want to buy another one for my other necklace that I love so I don't have to swap out. I also have a 1 year old that tends to grab at my necklace sometimes and at least at this price, I don't have to be so worried about it if he does break it.

For less than $8 with shipping, this is an okay looking chain. Mine has two slight kinks in it, so the line isn’t perfectly smooth. It is a little darker than highly polished silver, and looks better with the semi-oxidized silver pendant I bought it for. However, I wasn’t expecting it to be faceted. The faceted ball beads add a little sparkle, which can be nice, but wasn’t the look I was going for, myself. Stars off for the defects in the chain and for the poor image quality on the product page that doesn’t clearly show that this is a faceted ball bead chain.

I was replacing a ball chain that had bigger balls than this, so this was finer than I was expecting. It has a more feminine quality to it, which is great! I am not disappointed as it is well-made. Just note the ball diameter when purchasing as well as the length so you know if it will be what you want.

This chain is very thin and my son put it on and it broke the first night he wore it. It slipped right off his neck. Disappointed!

This broke the first time a small amount of pressure put on it. I would not recognize to someone looking for a lasting chain.
