So I purchased this ring earlier this year. I saved it for the special date. Proposed and my partner loved it so much. It was exactly the style ring and stone she wanted. Took 3 years to find it and save to buy it. After several days of staring and admiring it, she noticed flaws in the stone (Oval cut was not symmetrical and the top of the stone was put in slanted). We contacted customer service. They were great at first. Told us to ship it back on my expense and they will replace the tanzanite gemstone. After about 3 weeks, her family and my family congratulating us, asking to see the ring, We told everybody in the family it was being serviced and etc. When got the ring back, on the same day of opening the parcel, we noticed a deep scratch in the bottom of the tanzanite gemstone. We contacted customer service again and explained what we saw. They insisted that there was no chip or scratch on the gemstone. After showing our photos and convincing them that there was a deep scratch on the gemstone that was seen from space, they asked to ship the ring back for a second inspection on my expense again. After a couple weeks, we got in contact with them for a status update and they informed us that the gemstones were in the process of being cut and shipped to the jeweler. A couple days later, they reached out with a photo of 2 different gemstone cuts and asked us which one we prefer to be placed on the ring. With the photos they provided, it was difficult to determine the quality of the gem and we asked for them to choose the best one for us. After they agreed to do just that, we got a message a couple days later telling us that they were unsuccessful with choosing a gemstone due to the two that they received from one of their jewelers, were improperly cut and they had no choice but to refund us. Before we had a chance to answer back to ask for other options, we were refunded. Now, I sit here with no engagement ring for my partner, looking like a fool for trusting an Amazon online jewelry shop. Thanks DazzlingRock.

Love this ring! The stamp inside is really small that I can hardly see it says 10k. I don’t like that.besides that I love this ring! it looks really nice and size is perfect. It is too thick that it got caught sometime SoI have to be careful.but I like that thickness. It looks gorgeous. Normal wearing so far no problem:)
