I got these for my 8 year old for Memorial Day and the 4th of July and they are a little large for her as you can see in the pictures so I am going to take them for myself if my two teenagers don't steal them first.. The product description pictures showed how big they were but sometimes you can't trust those pics, however, in this situation they were correct. They are lightweight acrylic plastic and they have sparkles on the back side of the heart which is nice. For $7 I am pleased with the value. 5 stars for this family!

Really bummed about these earrings! They are incredibly cute in appearance. They are lightweight like I was hoping since they are made of acrylic. Was planning to wear these all through the month of July. Unfortunately they broke just me trying to get them out of their packaging. I could tell the little metal piece that sticks in your ear was not in there good on either earring. And sure enough I barely touched one getting it out of the plastic packaging and it fell right off. Total bummer! I can't recommend these due to quality control issues. Sadly...
