when it came in the mail I honestly wasnt expecting it to be so heavy. But its not like HEAVY jus a bit heavier than ur normal necklace, no biggy.Only downside I would say this product has is the fact the metal cylinder that holds the ashes unscrews like SO easily, Way too easy for my liking but since its in the cage it wont fully unscrew but still. The fact that it unscrews if you barely barely baaaarely touch it is kind of unsettling. but otherwise great product and no other complaints <3 would still recommend bc you can always sodder the metal closed, easy fix =D
