Q:You show sizes 0.6mm and 0.7mm but i cannot find anywhere which fits seiko 7t62a chronograph ?

A:First off, I absolutely do not know an exact answer. But I can tell you this: I've never had any trouble finding a good fit for any watch, with this kit. I don't know what size is what, but one O-ring or another from this kit is always a good fit, even if I try several to find the best fit. So an "I don't know" followed by "if you change your own watch batteries, you NEED a kit like this and this one has worked out beautifully for me." I don't know what the tolerances are supposed to be but I've always found a good fit with this kit.

Q:How do you know what thickness gasket to get? 0.5, 0.6, or 0.7mm? Without specifics for a particular watch, what would be the best all-round size?

A:It comes in all the above thickness size. So just measure compare with what you got o the selection and should be fine.

There are no 12,13, 14, or 15mm o rings and all were 0.7mm thickness. No .5 or .6 mm thickness orings.
