A lot of the reviews are complains that they are tiny. They really are. I got these thinking that I wanted a smaller earring so that was fine. But I honestly did not expect them to be this small.

I can't find anything else in bone style nose ring with spikes like these, preferably I'd like 18g but these work great. No complaints, they are exactly as pictured and I've actually ordered them twice so I have a backup set. Very easy to take put in and take out which is the main reason I like bone style.
