I got this stud because of the material. I’ve pierced my nose 5 times now and every metal (stainless, real gold etc) made it impossible for it to heal. This time, as always, I developed a little bump but it healed quick after putting sea salt on it at night for couple days. The piercing hasn’t come out in my sleep after a month wearing it.
