I love it and its super cute, but there are some downsides. The biggest issue I had was that it was super difficult to get the ball rethreaded since it's so small, but with A LOT of determination and patience, I was finally able to get it secured. Also, I don't find it uncomfortable to sleep on, but sometimes it makes my ear sore the next day and it's way too difficult to remove/put back in every day. The little nuances are that my hair gets tangled in it pretty easily and if you have to or want to wear a mask, it does get caught often. It could just be the placement of my earring since its in the upper cartilage of my ear, so it took some getting used to, but overall I'm happy with it.

if you need 16g then this is for you but this is definitely not 18g. too thick to be 18. very disappointed

Very nice quality. You would have to have no nails and a lot of patience to re thread the ball after putting on the earring. I tried for a while as well as had someone help me and it would not happen. Once I put it on my ear, the part where you put the ball on was so close to my skin I could not thread the ball back on at all. This is not a good fit for cartilage piercings unless you don't care about only have one ball on.

Great product and packaging as mentioned in almost all the reviews. You definitely have to have patience when putting this earring in! I suggest putting a solid colored towel under you so that when that TINY ball falls out of your hand you can find it quickly… and I promise you…. You will drop it a few times! But definitely worth the hassle!

They’re perfect! But I lost a ball the first night! They’re kind of tricky to get on because the balls are so small. I didn’t tighten mine enough and lost one when drying off after a shower. I heard it bounce around myBathroom, but I never did find it.

I knew the earring was small but the balls are TINY. I couldn’t get it in my tragus piercing and if I could, I wouldn’t have been able to screw the tiny tiny ball back in anyways. If I tried, I would of probably dropped it into my ear because I dropped it 4-5 times just trying to screw it back on to put it in my jewelry box.

I really like these!! It honestly took me about an hour to even get them screwed together but eventually I got it, it was also my first attempt ever since I got my tragus piercings lol but OMG so worth it and I love that you get a pair unlike most of these sellers that only do one so if you want to match you have to get two (makes no sense to me lol) anyway, definitely worth the money and they fit perfectly!! Love them!! I was pierced with a 16G so everyone told me to get 18G or 20G but I think the 18G for perfect!
