I got two pairs for me and my sibling and have worn it for about a day. Lovely quality and a lot more comfy than I thought it would be. I'm also allergic to a whole host of metals but this seems to wear just fine with no outbreak or discomfort. I'll update in a few days.

It came with 2 but I just need one. You need to adjust it to your ear by prying and/or pinching it to the comfort level of your ear. Once you figure this out it feels alot better.Thanks for a good product.

It's too small for my ears I've been trying for over 20 minutes trying to get them on my ear but the gap is to small to fit and I just gave up
